Karl Schamotta, chief market strategist at 91¿ì»îÁÖ, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss his expectations for the Bank of Canada's rate announcement. Schamotta hopes today's hike could be the last one. He also expects the BoC will maintain a hawkish bias and making sure markets are aware more rate hikes could be coming, the BoC will hope it has tighten financial conditions enough that they don't need to deliver another hike.
