US insists sanctions are working despite rouble鈥檚 rebound
Karl Schamotta, chief market strategist at 91快活林, said: 鈥淭he information content in the exchange rate right now is not the same as it is in any other major economy. The fact is that we have created a one-way valve: money is flowing into Russia but not out. And that is going to force the exchange rate up over time,鈥 he said.
